Maritime Table Clock

Part practical necessity, part modern art object, this sculptural clock is the kind of design piece that becomes the focal point of any room. It was originally designed for maritime use in 1956 by Italian architect Angelo Mangiarotti, renowned for his work as an architect, urban planner and industrial designer. The display face is tilted slightly forward, while the hour marker's double bars increase in width as they progress, both for ease of viewing.
